If you're facing an issue with a purchase not being credited, an incorrect balance, or errors when sending, please follow the steps below. Most issues are related to temporary connection problems or provider limits and are easily resolved.

Important: All transactions on our platform are eventually either credited to your wallet or fully refunded to the account that paid the invoice. Your funds are never lost.

If your DePix or Bitcoin purchase has not appeared in your wallet, try these initial steps first:

Refresh the App: Tap the refresh icon at the top right corner of the main screen to force an update.
Check Your Connection: A stable internet connection is required for the wallet to sync your balance. Try switching between Wi-Fi and your cellular data connection. Because we are a non-custodial wallet, changing the connection often allows the wallet to connect to a Bitcoin node and sync properly.
Disable Your VPN: Using a VPN can interfere with the wallet's internal connection and may also trigger compliance checks from our providers. Please disable it and try refreshing again.
